Live demo
Try Sovereign Workspace Collaboration in your browser.
Real SWC, running on a server in Germany, behind the same login as the rest of Sovereign Workspace. One click and you're inside — no need to go through the full workspace to see it.
Opens in a new tab. You'll be assigned one of 10 shared demo accounts — the username and password appear right here below this button as soon as you click. Keep this tab open if you need to copy them.
What you should know before you click
- Shared accounts. The demo runs ten reusable users
named
demo1throughdemo10— the same usernames as the Sovereign Workspace demo, though the passwords differ between the two. Here each password is the username with the suffixdemo— sodemo1logs in withdemo1demo. If two visitors land on the same account at the same time, you may see each other's edits. Pick a different number from the list below if that happens. - This is a shared demo. Spaces, pages and content are visible to everyone using the same account. Don't store anything important or sensitive.
- This is not production. The demo runs on a single modest VM. Performance is fine for one or two simultaneous visitors and noticeably slower with a crowd.
Manual login — pick any account
Want to come back to the same spaces and content later? Pick a specific account here, log in directly, and bookmark it. Just remember it's shared with everyone else who picked the same one.
The ?login_hint= URL parameter is the standard OIDC
way to pre-fill the username field on the Keycloak login form.
You only have to type the password (username + the suffix
demo — see the cards above). We never put
passwords in URLs, since URLs leak into browser history, proxy
logs, and screenshots.
What to try once you're in
- Create a space and a wiki page. Spaces are your team's home — intranet, wiki, and documents together. Write a page, format it, and see it saved instantly.
- Upload a file. Try the file library — versioning and folders work the same way they would on your own deployment.
- Create a Database. Add a Tasks database, switch between Table, Board and Calendar views, and open a row to see its full page — properties, workflow status, and a rich text body.
- Link two items together. Open a row's detail panel and add a typed relationship (depends on, blocks, verifies…) to another item — this is the same traceability model used for requirements, risks and test cases.
- Search across everything. Use search to find a page, a file, or a work item — permission-aware, across the whole space.

SWC runs standalone or alongside the rest of Sovereign Workspace. Self-hosting takes about an afternoon.
