Sovereign Workspace is currently a pre-incorporation software project. The Swiss company that will operate the commercial service has not yet been incorporated.
Commercial subscriptions and software licences are therefore not currently offered. Prices shown on this website are planned launch prices.
Until incorporation, the live demos, public beta services and agreed pilot deployments are provided free of charge.
Full company information — including the registered company name, registered address, commercial register number and VAT/UID details where applicable — will be published here after incorporation.

Current commercial status
Sovereign Workspace is not currently offering paid subscriptions or commercial software licences.
Prices shown elsewhere on the website are planned launch prices and may change before commercial availability.
Commercial terms, invoicing details and contractual documentation will be published after incorporation of the operating company.
Pilot and beta services
Current pilots and beta deployments are intended for evaluation and non-critical workloads.
They should not be used for workloads where temporary interruption, data loss or service changes could materially affect business operations.
Pilot arrangements may differ depending on whether the deployment is self-hosted or hosted by Sovereign Workspace.
Sovereign Workspace supports self-hosted deployment, and managed deployment for swCollab only. Self-hosted pilots run on infrastructure selected by the pilot organisation. Hosted or managed pilots are subject to the specific arrangements agreed for that pilot.
Data processing
Sovereign Workspace does not currently operate paid production customer workspaces.
Personal data submitted through the website, beta registration, pilot coordination or direct contact may still be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Public demonstration environments are not intended for confidential, sensitive or production information.
