Live demo

Try swCollab in your browser.

swCollab running live. Launch it, then follow the steps below to see how documentation, work and requirements connect.

You'll be assigned one of 10 shared demo accounts. We show you the username and password first — then you open the demo, so you have them in front of you on the login page.

See the value in five minutes

Launch the demo above, then try these six steps.

  1. Create a page. Open a space and write a page. Type / to insert headings, tables and live views.
  2. Open a project view. Open or create a Tasks database and switch between Table, Board, Gantt and Calendar. The records are the same in every view.
  3. Connect work to a requirement. Open a task and link it to a requirement with “implements”. Then open the traceability matrix.
  4. Search across everything. Search finds pages, tasks and the text inside files, and only shows what you may open.
  5. Open a document. Open a file in a library and look at its versions and its metadata.
  6. Look at access and security. Open a space’s access settings and see who can read what.

Manual login — pick any account

Want to come back to the same spaces and content later? Pick a specific account here, log in directly, and bookmark it. Just remember it's shared with everyone else who picked the same one.

The ?login_hint= URL parameter is the standard OIDC way to pre-fill the username field on the Keycloak login form. You only have to type the password (username + the suffix demodemo — see the cards above). We never put passwords in URLs, since URLs leak into browser history, proxy logs, and screenshots.

About this demo environment

  • Shared accounts. The demo runs ten reusable users named demo1 through demo10 — the same usernames and the same passwords as the Sovereign Workspace demo, because both sign in through the same identity service. Each password is the username with the suffix demodemo — so demo1 logs in with demo1demodemo. If two visitors land on the same account at the same time, you may see each other's edits. Pick a different number from the list below if that happens.
  • This is a shared demo. Spaces, pages and content are visible to everyone using the same account. Don't store anything important or sensitive.
  • This is not production. The demo runs on a single modest VM. Performance is fine for one or two simultaneous visitors and noticeably slower with a crowd.
