Roadmap
What's in the product today — and what's coming.
Everything in the first column is running right now and you can use it in the live demo. We don't put checkmarks next to features that don't exist yet, which is why the first column is the long one.

Running on every deployment, and on the live demo.
- Wiki, pages & intranetSWC Real-time collaborative pages with spaces per team, page versions, comments and @-mentions, named anchors, and a rich block editor with diagrams, panels, tables of contents and embedded views.
- Document libraries & content searchSWC Versioned, encrypted file libraries with folders, metadata and locking. Text is extracted from PDFs so search covers file contents, not just filenames.
- Work managementSWC One configurable engine for lists, tasks, requirements, risks, decisions and test cases — typed fields, workflows, validated forms, and Table, Board, Calendar, Timeline, Gallery and Tree views. Server-side querying scales to 250,000 rows per database.
- Requirements traceabilitySWC Typed relationships between any two objects, end-to-end traceability, impact analysis, a traceability matrix, reviews, approvals and immutable baselines.
- Encrypted & sealed spacesSWC Per-space encryption where the operator never holds the key — in Sealed Spaces the key never leaves the browser, so an administrator with root cannot read the content.
- Saved views & permissionsSWC Permissioned saved views, per-object inherited permissions, space roles, and a permission-aware search that never surfaces what a user cannot open.
- Browser workspaceSWS The full server-backed workspace in any modern browser, including a mobile layout with a home screen and app switcher below phone width.
- Keycloak single sign-onSWC · SWS One identity for everything. OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn, smart cards, and federation of an existing directory including Active Directory.
- Files & office editingSWS Auto-provisioned user drives with real-time collaborative editing of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files.
- Mail, calendar, contacts & tasksSWS A native mail client on a sovereign mail server (Postfix + Dovecot, DKIM/SPF/DMARC), plus calendar, contacts and tasks with recurring events, attendees and scheduling.
- Chat, voice & videoSWS Encrypted group and direct messages, 1:1 calls and group meetings — behind the same sign-on, with no separate accounts.
- Built-in office & media appsSWS First-party apps over your workspace files: a word processor, a spreadsheet with formulas, charts and pivot tables, a presentation editor, plus Photos, Music, Paint and a PDF viewer.
- App catalogue & per-group bundlesSWS An admin-curated catalogue of self-hostable web apps, assigned per group so Marketing, Finance and HR each see what they need.
- Developer SDKSWS A published npm SDK and design-token package let third-party developers build apps that run inside the workspace and match its light and dark theme.
- Single-server deployment & updatesSWC · SWS One command brings the whole stack up on a single server. In-place updates reconcile configuration, re-run flagged setup, smoke-test every endpoint and write a deploy pin.
